easy for beginners I have never used elastic thread before, but after a couple of tries, I was able to use this for a baby dress. The end result was beautiful! I found that virtually no tension when hand winding the bobbin produced the best result.

Dritz Elastic sewing thread I had knitted some gloves for a friend only to find the wrists were too big. I fixed the problem with the elastic sewing thread and a big eyed needle. Stitching the elastic thread around the wrist several times drew the wrists in and they fit perfectly and it is invisible to the eye!!
